Last updated: 02 January 2026

1. Platform Ownership

Nunuz Hub is owned, operated, designed, and developed by Lwandiso Nunu. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Platform Nature & Service Structure

Nunuz Hub operates as both an educational platform and a Independent Service Provider listing marketplace. Services include:

Users may view Independent Service Providers via the Independent Service Provider (defined below) section.

3. Independent Service Providers (ISPs)

Nunuz Hub hosts tutors, mentors, instructors, and other professionals who offer educational or skill-building services independently. These individuals are referred to as Independent Service Providers (ISPs). They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Nunuz Hub or its owner, Lwandiso Nunu.

Independent Service Providers are responsible for:

Nunuz Hub does not control, influence, or guarantee the quality, delivery, pricing, or outcomes of services provided by ISPs. All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

In accordance with South African labour law, ISPs are generally considered independent contractors. However, the actual legal classification depends on the nature of the working relationship. Factors such as control, scheduling, exclusivity, and economic dependence may result in an ISP being treated as an employee by South African courts or the CCMA.

Refunds, conduct policies, and disputes for services provided by ISPs are governed primarily by the individual provider’s terms, where stated. Where a provider does not explicitly define their own terms, Nunuz Hub’s Terms & Conditions shall apply to matters involving platform use, conduct, and dispute handling.

4. Independent Service Provider (defined above)

All tutors, mentors, and any independent service providers listed on Nunuz Hub are independent service providers. They are not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of Nunuz Hub.

Independent service providers are solely responsible for:

5. Listing Fees & Non-Refund Policy

Independent service providers may apply to be listed on Nunuz Hub. A listing fee of R200 per calendar year applies.

All standard listings expire annually on 31 December, regardless of the date of initial approval or payment.

All listing fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to cases of removal, inactivity, voluntary withdrawal, or policy violations.

5A. Early Adopter Listing (First Five Providers)

The first five (5) independent service providers approved and listed on Nunuz Hub may qualify for a once-off listing fee of R400.

This listing remains active for the entire useful operational life of Nunuz Hub, provided that the platform continues to be owned and managed by Lwandiso Nunu.

If ownership or management of Nunuz Hub changes, this early adopter listing benefit may be reviewed, modified, or discontinued.

6. Reviews, Complaints & Removal

Nunuz Hub collects feedback and complaints regarding listed service providers. Reviews are currently assessed manually by the platform owner.

Nunuz Hub reserves the right to remove any service provider for:

7. Gallery Content

The number of warnings issued before removal depends on the nature and severity of the misconduct. Serious violations may result in immediate removal without multiple warnings.

14. Refund Policy for Nunuz Hub Services

If a student is removed from lessons due to conduct or participation issues, a refund may apply only to services provided directly by Nunuz Hub.

Any applicable refund will be calculated on a prorated basis as follows:

(Number of days attended ÷ Total days in the paid month) × Amount paid

Refunds apply only to unused days within the paid period. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

15. Independent Service Provider

Refunds, conduct policies, and removal decisions for services provided by independent tutors or mentors or any Independent Service Provider are governed by the individual terms and conditions displayed on each provider’s profile.
